The  successful candidate must have  experience of working with older people  and share our passion for working with this client group.

 

 

Main duties of the job

We are looking for an experienced, driven and passionate registered mental health nurse to join our inpatient area as Deputy Ward Manager on  18 bedded  acute assessment older adult Ward at Reservoir court. 

This role is challenging, stimulating, diverse and we believe that we can offer you something different for applicants with proven leadership skills, evidence of personal development, practical clinical application and a genuine passion to work with older people.

The post holders will be responsible for clinical leadership and high quality care standards, deputising for the Ward Manager as and when required.
