Job overview

PREVIOUS APPLICANTS NEED NOT APPLY!

Are you looking for a new career working with people and really making a  difference?  Our  clinical divisions at North Bristol NHS Trust are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join their teams! Our divisions consist of:

  • Anaesthesia, Surgery, Critical Care and Renal (ASCR)
  • Medicine
  • Neurological & Musculoskeletal Sciences (NMSK)
  • Women & Children's Health
  • Core Clinical Services.

You will work closely with our teams to deliver a compassionate, high quality, responsive service to meet the needs of  our patients.

Experience in a care role would be an advantage but not essential -  this role is ideal for candidates who are new to care ready to start their career or experienced candidates looking for a new and exciting opportunity. Candidates who meet the required criteria, can be considered for a Senior HCSW position.

Please note, this role does not currently meet the salary requirement for certificate of sponsorship. From the 9th April 2025, the minimum salary required for a Skilled Worker visa became £25,000 per year. While this role may be offered at a higher point on the pay scale depending on relevant NHS experience, most new starters are appointed at the bottom of the band, which does not meet the new salary threshold.

It is likely this vacancy will close early once a sufficient amount of applications are received.

Advance notice of Assessment Centre: Thursday 11th September
