Support the planning of care for designated patients from admission to discharge. Utilises and integrates evidence into practice.

The Maternity Services at Buckinghamshire NHS are seeking to recruit motivated and enthusiastic  nurses to join our friendly team caring for mothers and babies on the antenatal and postnatal ward.  This role will work as part of a multidisciplinary team  supporting families before and after they have given birth.
