Urology Oncology support nurse

We run three busy hospital sites at Peterborough, Huntingdon and Stamford and provide outpatient services in two community hospitals in Ely and Doddington. Our 6,000 staff serve a growing population of 750,000 across North Cambridgeshire and Lincolnshire.


We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to join the Urology Oncology team at North West Anglia Foundation Trust – based at Peterborough Hospital.

This post will be working directly with the Oncology Consultants supporting them in clinics with their patients and being the named contact for these patients. There will be strong working links with the whole of the Urology MDT, as well as other Oncology Specialist Nurses and the Robert Horrell Centre.


This role will be of interest to someone with oncology or surgical experience and an interest in specialising within Urology oncology to enhance their clinical knowledge and skills. This is a great opportunity for the right person to develop excellent communication skills with patients, families and the whole MDT and gain great experience and knowledge as a specialist nurse.
