An exciting opportunity has become available within the Cardiothoracic directorate. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Cardiac Rehabilitation team as a Band 6 Specialist Nurse. The role is challenging, rewarding, diverse but also extremely rewarding. The service is Nurse led and provides high quality centered care for patients in Cardiff & Vale post MI, ACS and Cardiac surgery.

Successful candidates will be required to manage their own caseload, act as a keyworker and liaise across other specialities as part of the Cardiac Rehabilitation MDT.

The role of the Specialist Nurse provides opportunity for personal and professional development and we are seeking individuals who can work autonomously and as part of a small supportive and highly knowledgeable MDT.

Our services are delivered across UHW, UHL and the Community including Community visits so Candidates must have the ability to travel between sites.
