An exciting opportunity has arisen within  Ceredigion Community Nursing Service  for an Admin Clerk.  We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to provide general administrative support to the Community Nursing Team which will be based at the new  Integrated Care Centre  at Cardigan.

The post holder will possess excellent communication skills so as to sensitively handle telephone dialogue with patients and professionals. 

The role will involve undertaking all administrative processes associated with patient activity such as telephone referrals and enquiries, managing spreadsheet data, archiving documents, ordering stock, inputting data on to Health Board IT systems etc.  The post holder must also be aware of the highly confidential nature of this role.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Interviews will be held on 14.02.2020.

The postholder will have access to vulnerable people in the course of their normal duties and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.

Welsh language skills are desirable
