Calling all Emergency Department nurses.   Are you looking for a new challenge?

The Emergency Department at the Countess of Chester is looking to appoint a number of Band 5 Nurses. If you are  an experienced Band 5 Emergency nurse, or a newly qualified nurse,  we would like to hear from you.

The department is undergoing an exciting period of change with a major refurbishment underway and investment within the workforce. We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate individuals to lead our nursing teams to deliver high quality care for our patients. The successful candidates will also be required to undertake clinical streaming.

The department currently sees in excess of 80,000 patients per year, having trauma unit status and a seven day proactive in reach support service from the stroke team. We have a well-established Emergency Nurse Practitioner service and Advanced Nurse Practitioner team, recently increasing these workforces from our existing nursing team.

We welcome applicants with both RGN/RSCN qualifications who have experience within the Emergency Department setting.
