We have an opportunity for a Senior Practitioner band 6 nurse to join the Greenways Assessment and Treatment Unit team.

Main duties of the job

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading in the development of complex care plans for service users and the nursing team in the delivery of care. You will be required to work within a multi professional framework and to support the Clinical Lead and Unit Manager with a variety of tasks, including supervisions for allocated members of the team.

The post holder will need to ensure that the service is based on an ethos of collaborative working between individual service users, carers and all other key stakeholders.
