We are excited to announce that we are recruiting a Band 6 Deputy Ward Manager to join Weaver ward; a 17 bedded female acute inpatient mental health service in Halton. The successful candidate will support the team manager in delivering on key national and local outcomes. In addition to this, we are looking for a candidate who is able to demonstrate a supportive and empathetic approach to service users and their carers. They will also be committed to the pursuit of excellence and continued implementation of Least Restrictive Practice initiatives.

It is an exciting time for Weaver Ward at the moment, we are two time winner of the Trust's Star Team of the Month and have successfully launched our Self harm Pathway on the ward.

This post is subject to an enhanced with adults barred list Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Check. Successful candidates will either have a valid DBS check with the Trust or will be required to pay for the cost of the DBS Disclosure which is £47.50 for an enhanced disclosure, the cost of which will be deducted from first salary.
You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
