We are excited to announce that we are recruiting a Band 5 Nurse Practitioner to join Weaver ward, a 17 bedded female acute inpatient mental health service in Halton.
We are looking for a committed and compassionate person who shows the values of our Trust and is committed to supporting people at their most vulnerable time. We are looking for someone who is hard working and ensures high standards of patient care at all times.
It is an exciting time for Weaver Ward at the moment, we are two time winner of the Trust's Star Team of the Month and have successfully launched our Self harm Pathway on the ward.
The North West Boroughs Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust provides support and guidance for a wide range of health issues, including physical, mental health and learning disability services.
The post holder will demonstrate an attitude which respects and values service users and their carers and supports the Trust’s values and behaviours. The successful candidates will be:

This post is subject to an enhanced with adults barred list Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Check. Successful candidates will either have a valid DBS check with the Trust or will be required to pay for the cost of the DBS Disclosure which is £47.50 for an enhanced disclosure, the cost of which will be deducted from first salary.
You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service.
