Main duties of the job
Duties will include:
- Patient Assessment
- Care planning and implementation
- Providing direct personal care
- Medication administration
- Monitoring and managing patient health
- Liaising with other healthcare professionals
- Documentation and record keeping
- Infection control
- Patient support and advocacy
