We are seeking a motivated registered Nurse to join our team.
We are an 8 bedded unit offering experience in Cardiology. We also run the acute NIV service for the trust.
Were looking for someone who is highly committed to best practice and be able to work within a team environment, and have outstanding communication skills.

Main duties of the job
Assess, plan, deliver and evaluate nursing care, providing the prescribed nursing care without supervision. Contribute to the development and evaluation of nursing practice in the unit.
Support Patients, and their families, during their diagnosis and treatment.
Liaise with other departments both at WCH and CIC to ensure the safe transfer of the Patients.
The Trust will provide a twelve month preceptorship period for all newly registered healthcare professionals.
Healthcare Professionals returning to practice, moving into new roles or changing clinical environments, may access an agreed preceptorship period.

- Registered Nurse adult with active NMC registration or working towards
Desirable criteria
- ILS or Equivalent
- Relevant post-registration development or equivalent
Knowledge and Experience

- • Student nurse or general nursing within the NHS or equivalent
Desirable criteria
- • Coronary Care Experience
- • NIV Experience.
- • Teaching /supporting students experience
