Recovery Room Nurse / Theatre Practitioner

Band 5

We are an extremely busy Recovery Room covering 3  theatre departments on the site of Queens Hospital in Burton.

The department provides first stage recovery to patients from Trauma & Orthopaedics, General Surgery, Gynaecology/Obstetrics Urology, Maxillofacial & ENT Specialties, Breast Laparoscopic and ophthalmology.

The successful candidates will work with a team of professional experts in their field delivering a quality service in a proficient manner and providing high standards of patient care. The successful candidates will be expected to work within a multi-professional team, liaising with and providing high quality care for patients. You will need to posses excellent communication and inter-personal skills with the ability to promote a learning environment and be flexible to change.

We offer variably shift lengths and patterns.

Full support and training package provided for qualified staff.
