Working alongside th current senior nursing team, you will be responsible for the co-management of the ward to ensure high quality, individualised care to patients and to line manage staff. You will provide clinical leadership and expertise, supporting junior members of staff and helping to maintain excellent standards of practice ensuring the staff receive appropriate education and professional development.
