Health Care Assistant

Band 2

We are looking to recruit friendly, enthusiastic and energetic Health Care Assistants to join our friendly team on Pyecombe Ward, recently recognised as Outstanding for Care by the Care Quality Commission.

Pyecombe Ward is a very fast paced, dynamic environment caring for patients with a wide range of acute and chronic respiratory conditions. You will be joining a friendly and supportive team who continually strive to deliver the highest standard of patient care.

The right candidate will be patient focused, forward thinking and supportive of high standards of nursing care delivery and safety. Preferably with HCA experience, well organised and have a positive attitude towards flexibility and change. We work on a system of internal rotation of shifts including weekends and night duty.

We are strongly committed to the development of all our team and will support you in your continued personal and professional development. You will take part on our Patient First Improvement System that aims to give you the opportunity to promote and be part of change and improvement.

We would like to advise you that this vacancy is linked to the Nursing / HCA recruitment day due to be held on 18 July 2019 at Haywards Heath. If you have applied for more than one vacancy, you may receive duplicate invites, however you will only be interviewed by one of the panels on the day.
