Placing people at the heart of everything we do, we are reinventing primary care from the ground up, giving patients access to the right clinician, with the right modality, at the right time.

We believe by modelling and designing interactions and patient pathways, systemic improvements can be made to the patient experience, health outcomes, cost efficiencies and access, and make way for better connected end-to-end patient care.

  • Fulfil the 4 pillars of advanced clinical practice: Clinical Practice, Facilitating Learning, Leadership, and Evidence, Research and Development
  • To be professionally and legally accountable and responsible for all aspects of professional practice including the management of patients in your care
