Job overview
Our Rheumatology/Osteoporosis service is extending to provide infusions for our patients within the MSK service
We primarily work within the hours of Monday - Friday 08:30 - 16:30 this role will be part time 22.5 hours per week spread over 3 days.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual with a great team spirit.
We will support Rheumatology with their outpatient care. We have three sites we work from Southlands Hospital, Worthing Hospital and St Richards Hospital.
This role will base you primarily at the Southlands hospital to provide infusions for our patients. Additionally you will provide nursing cover for our patient advice lines at both Worthing and St Richards Hospitals .
You would work with the Rheumatology teams to deliver outstanding care to our patients - working alongside our established team who will welcome you with open arms and help you grow and develop in your new role.
We welcome applications from those who currently hold a UK NMC registration. If you currently hold an overseas nursing qualification and require sponsorship we are not currently direct hiring Internationally Qualified Nurses.
Main duties of the job
You will organise and run our nurse led infusion clinics, under the direction of the CNS's
You will cover the telephone advice line providing support and education for our patients
We will be providing training of required skills to the successful candidate.
