Job overview

We are seeking a motivated, dynamic and forward thinking Paediatric Nurse with a wide range of interest and knowledge in allergy and respiratory conditions to join our dynamic and enthusiastic team.

This post offers a unique opportunity to work along side the paediatric team of Consultants and nursing colleagues to develop our service. You will need to act as a resource on the management and treatment of allergy and respiratory conditions in childhood for patients, carers and healthcare professionals and develop strong relationships with both children and their families. 

As a team we are working hard to develop pathways to ensure there is seamless care for children with respiratory conditions and allergies.The role of the allergy and respiratory nurse will form a part of the wider multi-disciplinary team and work with the consultants and senior nursing team to further develop the service.

The successful applicant will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a detailed knowledge of paediatric allergy and respiratory,  a proven interest in education and training and be able to work both independently and within a team.
