Registered Nurse - SEW

We are seeking registered nurses to work within our team in General surgery with special interest in assessing and pre and post operative care

We are a 19 beded assessment unit with a ratio of 1 RN to 10 patients, the ward is busy and demanding with seriously ill pre and post opeartive patients  but also rewarding and challenging with opportunities to learn and develop.

With a firm belief in education you will be supported in your nursing development with an open door policy to the senior sister so you know you can always rely on having an ear to discuss your future and progress.
We strive to treat all staff fairly with respect and to develop you in your chosen pathway so that we mutually benefit from working together to give the best patient care we can.

You will need very good communication skills to network closely with other departments and multidisciplinary teams, and excellent patient care to manage your caseload of patients

You will be trained with te assesment skills and a full ward induction is given as well as a trust induction.
