We are looking for an experienced and NVQ3 qualified Healthcare Assistant to join us at Spire X Hospital. Our Healthcare Assistants are an intrinsic part of our clinical teams, working closely with our Nurses in carrying out a range of basic nursing tasks under their supervision such as personal hygiene, feeding and mobility.

On a daily basis you will be helping our patients maintain their comfort, privacy and dignity, and this is something that our patients are most grateful for.

We regularly support our Healthcare Assistants to achieve NVQ’s so that they can carry out an increased range of clinical tasks. As you become more experienced and qualified you will be able to broaden your range of clinical duties, making this a role that truly grows with you. A caring nature, good communication skills and a willingness to learn and develop are essential.


Our 'bank workers' work ad hoc shifts as and when required to suit business needs, often to cover busy periods, sickness or annual leave.
