Are you a caring individual who is passionate about making a difference to patients lives? Are you flexible and have a positive approach to innovation and improvement?

We are looking for a motivated health care support worker to join our 20 bedded intermediate care rehabilitation ward, supporting patients with frailty and complex needs during their rehabilitation journey.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering person centered care and is eager to learn. Our ward provides holistic, multi-disciplinary care focused on rehabilitation and  discharge to assess patient providing for their well-being whilst in our care. We are proud of the high standards of care we provide, always placing patients and their families at the center of everything we do.

Based in the beautiful surroundings of Halstead our ward offers a welcoming environment where staff are valued and supported to grow.

 

Prif ddyletswyddau'r swydd

Support the Ward Manager and the registered nursing team by participating as a member of the multidisciplinary ward team to ensure that effective, sympathetic and individualized 24-hour patient care is provided.
