The Trust enjoys a strong clinical reputation and provides a wide range of services including A&E, emergency medicine and surgery, elective surgery in most specialties, and maternity and paediatric services. It also hosts regional plastics, head and neck and upper gastrointestinal (upper GI) surgical services and a supra-regional burns service to a population of 9.8 million.

The ENT department is offering an exciting opportunity for a positive and outgoing staff nurse to work within outpatients.

ENT covers all ages groups form premature babies to elderly care, Ear, Nose and Throat conditions. We have a busy but well led outpatients department.

We are looking for registered nurses who demonstrate a positive attitude, are receptive to change and like to work in an innovative creative and caring environment.

You must have a strong desire to deliver high quality care and be able to work a flexible rotating rota, which will include outpatient and day surgery based work and an on-call service.

Finally, you must want to be part of a team that strives to participate in activities to improve performance and aims to deliver the highest quality of care to each of its patients.
