Clifton Ward is an acute medical elderly care ward that offers the opportunity to work as part of a team developing the frailty pathway for our patients, giving you the experience to develop your clinical skills and leadership experience.
The friendly welcoming environment on Clifton Ward would be the ideal place to develop your career as a Junior Sister, you will be supported in your role by the Clinical Matron and Senior Sister. We will actively support your development through appraisal, training and re validation, and offer a culture of peer support learning.
The Clifton team is supportive and you will work with clinical, medical and therapy staff, all working closely to ensure our patients receive the highest quality care and have safe and effective discharges. The Multi-Disciplinary team approach will give you the experience to develop further in your career whilst being effectively supported.

Do you need to relocate to take up this role?
For candidates who need to move to the local area to take up this opportunity to work with us, the trust may provide single occupancy accommodation in Basingstoke for your first 3 months of joining.
This is to allow you to settle into your new role as well as the local area whilst making longer term accommodation arrangements.
You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
