Job overview
This is an exciting opportunity for a committed and highly motivated Dental Nurse to support the effective operational delivery of our dental services. As an Operational Delivery Manager you will provide visible leadership to administrative and clinical teams, ensuring high-quality, safe and patient-centred care across in-hours and out-of-hours clinics.
You will play a key role in maintaining robust communication between staff and management, supporting the management of referrals, and contributing to the review of incidents, complaints and patient feedback.
The role will also support the planning and implementation of digital initiatives and service improvements, working collaboratively with a range of internal and external stakeholders. This post offers an excellent opportunity to influence how services are delivered and to make a real difference to patient and staff experience.
Main duties of the job

Provide day-to-day leadership and support to the dental administrative team, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.

Promote clear, timely communication between operational, management and clinical staff, escalating issues appropriately.

Support the management of patient feedback, complaints, incidents and identified issues, ensuring follow-up actions and staff updates.

Work with the dental administrator to manage and monitor referrals in line with service requirements.

Collate and help resolve staff issues, fostering a positive and supportive working environment.

Contribute to the planning, rollout and delivery of digital and service improvement initiatives.

Attend relevant meetings and provide in-person support to staff and dentists during in-hours and out-of-hours clinical sessions
