Welwyn and Hatfield Community Adult Health Service is a friendly, supportive team looking for band 5 registered nurses to join. The HCT Integrated Community Team are committed to delivering high quality, nursing care to patients within their own homes and offer an integrated multidisciplinary approach in helping to support patient discharge and prevention of admission to hospital.

A full valid driving licence and access to a car to use regularly for business purposes is essential (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010).
In addition to the basic salary, this posts attracts a High Cost Area Supplement of 5% of basic salary subject to a minimum payment of £1,017 and a maximum payment of £1,762 pa pro rata if applicable
You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service.
