The Paediatric unit cares for children and young people up to the age of eighteen. Paediatrics have a 19 bed general ward , a 4 bedded HDU , a 24 hour assessment unit and a 7 bedded surgical day case area. It also has a designated children's out patients.
You will have a opportunity to gain experience in all of the areas.
