We are an Acute and Community Trust based between the Pennines and Manchester City Centre. We employ almost 4,000 staff across Tameside & Glossop. Staff Nurse - Stroke Rehabilitation Ward 45

We are looking to recruit Staff Nurses to join our team on Ward 45 - Stroke Rehabilitation ward

The Trust has recently made a significant investment in nursing staff – both registered and unregistered nursing staff. We want to become one of the best hospitals in Greater Manchester and to continuously improve. This opportunity would suit both newly qualified and experienced individuals with an interest in developing their knowledge and skills within the division. We are committed to supporting you in developing your nursing career.

Ward 45 is a 24 bedded ward dedicated to the trusts Safety together programme.

There will be opportunities to gain experience with the Stroke specialist team.

The role will be to assess, implement and evaluate care to a high standard, and assist in the management and organisation of work in the clinical area. You will be a progressive team player and a good role model. You will have excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering the highest standards of care. The successful candidate will have personal values and behaviours closely aligned to those of the Trust – Safety, Care, Communication, Respect and Learning.
