Deputy Sister/Charge Nurse- Integrated Assessment Centre

NHS AfC: Band 6

Due to a uplifted template of staff, we are pleased to be advertising a band 6 post for the Integrated Assessment Unit.

We have multiple vacancies that will reflect a new template of seniority working 24 hours a day- 7 days a week to ensure the department runs as smoothly as possible.

We are in need of dynamic, passionate nurses that have a focus and drive to deliver high quality care whilst working in a busy setting. The successful candidate must have a wealth of experience at band 5 level, who can subsequently come to the department; challenge practice, adhere to current policies and procedures of the department whilst ultimately supporting the junior team.

Experience is desirable but not essential as we recognise new skills from different settings would be considered an asset to the department. The applicants if successful will undertake in- house training and be placed on the relevant courses to ensure mandatory performance and also complete a supernumerary period.
