Job overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team with in the Stroke Services.

This is an exciting and challenging role which involves assessing, implementing and evaluating patient care with special focus on patient affected with stroke.

Stroke experience is not essential as support and training are  provided.

Main duties of the job

Working alongside with various members of the multi-disciplinary team to support patients on their stroke rehabilitation journey.

Supporting and providing patients and their family with their expertise and skills.
