We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated and enthusiastic professional to work in supporting or Site Managers, working closely with the Ward Teams in supporting them to lead and deliver a high standard of care during the Out of Hours period. You must be able to monitor and maintain excellent standards of clinical practice and service delivery. As an experienced nurse this would be an ideal development opportunity for those wishing to expand their skill set and increase their knowledge and understanding in aspects of the operational management of the site.

Our Out of Hours Operation centre team is responsible for the safe and effective running of the site 24/7 and hold a vast range of responsibilities including co-ordinating flow from ECC to our inpatient wards, responding to Major Incident situations/alerts, hold Nominated Officer of Fire responsibility out of hours, providing senior support to all ward and department teams out of hours.

This is predominantly an out of hours role, working alongside the Clinical Site Manager you will play an active part in supporting the operational activities of the site, supporting wards site wide with operational problems and identifying and managing barriers to effective and timely patient flow.

You must be flexible in your approach to working, be able to work independently and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
