Are you an NMC Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) looking to work flexible shifts in West London? West London NHS trust is currently recruiting to our bank pool of RMN’s to assist in the delivery of individualised recovery focused patient care.
The Post holder will be based in acute inpatient care services at Hammersmith and Fulham and.
If you are an experienced RMN with a commitment to delivering high quality recovery centred care, working bank at west London NHS Trust could be the ideal role for you. Providing you with the opportunity to gain a wide range of experience in our acute and forensic units and career development within a forward thinking and diverse environment.
Working on the bank we offer weekdays, nights and weekend shifts, these are easy to view and book through the allocate app.
We provide an extensive induction to the trust and additional ongoing support to all our bank staff
Prif ddyletswyddau'r swydd
The Staff Nurse will be responsible for the assessment of care needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care; and maintaining associated records. They will also assist in leading and monitoring the performance and work of the nursing staff; supervising the work of other nursing staff, HCAs and student nurses.

Experience
