Do you want to work in a dynamic, cutting-edge area of mental health?
This is your chance to help re-shape adult mental health crisis care across CNWL.
We are looking for Band 6 practitioners (from a nursing, social worker or occupational therapy or psychotherapy background) to work in our Home Treatment Team in Harrow, providing flexible rapid response and assessment to people in a mental health crisis 24 hours a day.
Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and an ability to work under pressure. You will have an understanding of both acute in-patient and community-based mental health work, and the needs of mental health service users from a diverse range of backgrounds. You will be an excellent communicator, capable of thinking on your feet.
All successful candidates will be offered a full training package before starting in post, and access to ongoing training, reflective practice and supervision.
The Home Treatment Team is a 24 hour a day services so staff will generally be expected to work a flexible shift pattern, although this can be negotiated on an individual basis.
You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
