We are looking for passionate, knowledgeable, and motivated nurses with an interest in supporting adolescents and young adults presenting with a range of conditions to our ED. We strive to provide outstanding nursing care to the young adults & adolescent patients we see and continue to strive to adapt our ED to their needs. As such, you will join our Trust Adolescent working group and have the opportunity to work collaboratively with local organisations such as the Young Harrow and Young Brent Foundations to help co-produce our services with local young people.
You will work closely alongside our local CAMHS and adult mental health teams as well as being supported by our embedded St Giles Trust youth workers and our Trust safeguarding nurses. We are also in the process of developing a local branch of the Your Stance training programme to teach local young people at risk of serious youth violence the skills of basic life support and haemorrhage control and you would be supported to become involved.
We are looking for Adults & Paeds Nurses in the Emergency Department at Northwick Park, and Adults nurses to work at both Ealing and Northwick Park Hospital and there is also an option to rota between the ED’s
We need an experienced, highly motivated individuals who can work with our team of clinicians to deliver high quality patient care.
We are the tertiary referral centre for Vascular, ID, Stroke, ENT & Max fax
We are looking for nurses who is motivated, enthusiastic and possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team in an innovative Emergency Department.
The post holder will be supported by ED Matrons, a Nurse Consultant, PDN's and a Head of Nursing all of whom are responsible for leading the ED Teams.
Our Emergency Department sees over 100,000 patients a year and over 100 LAS attendances per day, and have an integrated Paediatric Emergency Department and an Urgent Care Centre.
In the department we are supported by various different multidisciplinary teams, such as STARRs and Frality team, to enhance patient experience and care
