Team Manager - WF Older Adults

The Mental Health Team in the London Borough of Waltham Forest are seeking a highly enthusiastic, passionate, professional and flexible Service Lead to continue to drive the Older Adults Community mental health team and memory clinic forward as an integral part of the Specialist Mental Health services in the borough.
Applicants must demonstrate recent management and clinical background in both Older Adults and memory clinic. It is essential as we seek a specialist service lead to further develop this service in a time of great change in mental health services across the trust. The successful candidate will need to also build strong links within service delivery and the wider trust. The individual will also be an active member of the management team, who will contribute to the shaping of our strategic and business plans within these services and input to the Trusts overall direction of travel.
The Older adult’s community mental health service provides a specialist input in the London Borough of Waltham Forest as well as having strong links with other local providers and voluntary services. The post-holder will be highly visible spending time with the multidisciplinary team, as well as being a senior leader within the teams and ensure there is a strong focus on the delivery of high quality service, a safe and efficient whilst working alongside with professional leads.

High Cost Area Supplement - London
This post also attracts payment for High Cost Area Supplement of 15% of the basic salary (with a minimum of £3,784 to a maximum of £4,822).
You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
