The post holder will work closely with the senior sisters, multidisciplinary team and other Trust staff to deliver education and training which is aligned to our service improvements and staff needs ensuring patients are receiving “outstanding care, every time”.
Applicants must flexible and be able to work independently to meet the different training and development delivered within our division. The successful candidate will have current specialist knowledge and expertise and be able to demonstrate an ability to lead, facilitate and develop learning in clinical practice.
