GMMH Inpatient Services have an exciting and unique opportunity for an experienced and passionate clinical leader to support the Head of Operations and Head of Quality and Nursing in developing, leading and implementing the Inpatient Complex Emotional & Relational Needs pathway. The post holder will provide specialised, expert advice, education and strong leadership in order to improve the patient experience.
We are looking for an experienced practitioner who is ready to progress in their leadership journey. You will demonstrate expert clinical judgement and critical decision-making skills based upon evidence-based practice and work collaboratively with the wider inpatient leadership team.
You will be a highly skilled, innovative and passionate individual who will lead on service quality, as well some line management of senior practitioners delivering ward based interventions.

Main duties of the job
The Practitioner will provide managerial and professional leadership for the CERN Senior Clinical Practitioner team within Inpatient Services, this will include training and delivery of an educational programme across all areas.

Education & Qualification
Essential criteria
- Registered Professional
- Clinical supervision training and experience
- Extensive experience of CERN specific interventions
- Additional CPD related to CERN needs and therapeutic interventions
Desirable criteria
- Teaching/mentoring qualification
- Accredited in therapeutic intervention
Experience
Essential criteria
- Minimum of 2 Years experience working as a clinical / operational manager
- Demonstrable and appropriate post registration experience at a senior clinician level
- Evidence of significant contribution to clinical developments
- Experience of providing education to various multi-professional groups
- Experience of research, audit and evaluating clinical effectiveness
Desirable criteria
- Experience of working across organisational boundaries in the development and provision of services
- Experience of working with minority and/or neuro-divergent populations
