Are you a dynamic and compassionate nursing leader ready to make a real impact in critical care?
CTM UHB is seeking an exceptional senior nurse to lead our critical care service at the Royal Glamorgan Hospital with vision, integrity and clinical excellence.

As Senior nurse for critical care, you will:

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership across our critical care units
  • Champion high standards of patient care, safety and experience
  • Support and develop nursing teams to deliver excellence in acute and complex care
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive innovation and service improvement
  • Lead on quality assurance, governance and workforce planning

As a Senior Nurse joining CTM UHB, you will be enrolled in the newly launched Band 8a Nursing Leadership Programme. You will also receive the updated Senior Nurse Handbook and be supported through a competency-based framework. In addition, you will have monthly one-to-one meetings with the Lead Nurse for your directorate to provide ongoing guidance and support.
