Staff Nurse - Orthopaedic

Band 5

As an enthusiastic qualified Nurse you will be responsible for the efficient and effective organisation of the ward / department team and the delivery of the service in the absence of the senior nursing staff.

You will manage and support a wide range of clinics and developing services according to patient demand and need. Assisting in the delivery of a patient-centred, clinically effective and dynamic service from the patient’s admission assessment to discharge.

This will be an excellent opportunity for you to extend your knowledge and gain experience in managing an outpatient setting.

You will have some flexibility to work, along with the ability to motivate and guide others with change initiatives.
