**Two posts available - one 6 month fixed term secondment and one 12 month fixed term secondment.

This is an exciting opportunity  for an experienced critical care nurse to join the critical care leadership team at HDFT as the intensive care unit expands its bed base.

Main duties of the job

We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our friendly team working alongside the multidisciplinary team ensuring high standards of care for all patients in critical care, whilst acting as a professional role model and clinical teacher. 

Provide professional, clinical and managerial leadership to nursing staff within critical care contributing to managing the nursing and material resources of critical care in a flexible and cost effective way. 

Co-ordinating the intensive care unit liaising closely with the critical care leadership team and support the wider organisation.
