Do you want to support in the leadership and development of a team in a fast paced unit, which provides first class care for an eclectic mix of gastroenterology and renal medical patients?

If so, we are looking for a dynamic dedicated and enthusiastic individual to work with us, to develop our team on our journey to brilliant.

We are a 30 bedded ward, caring for some of the most complex and acutely unwell patients within the hospital.

This role requires you to be assertive, flexible, resilient, forward thinking and ready to develop your leadership skills in an acute setting. You will be required to take charge in challenging circumstances, and support junior colleagues at all times. You will be assisting the Band 7 in the development of the team. The role sets out to ensure high standards of care in a safe and functional setting.
