Cranford works as a wide multidisciplinary team. You must be a confident individual to communicate with our MDT which includes; speech and language therapists, physio and occupational therapists, Doctors from FY1 to Consultant Level, Dietitian and Clinical Operations to name a few. You will need to have the ability to prioritise and good time management skills are essential for this complex and highly demanding but rewarding nursing role.
The Trust operates a thorough extended induction programme which includes infection control, manual handling, fire safety, sepsis management and escalation etc. Our Clinical Skills Team and Practice Development Team work to ensure you receive the clinical skills such as cannulation, venepuncture and other extended skills training and development. This is supported through simulation and on the ward.
You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
