Planning for the NRC is in its advanced stages, and the building will be ready Summer 2026. This role will be temporarily based at our current unit Linden Lodge at City Hospital until we move to the 70 bed NRC facility in late 2025.

This post is open to registered nurses who hold a current and valid professional registration and have evidence of working as a registered nurse.
Main duties of the job
Assess the care needs of patients and develop a program of care which is evaluated and amended as appropriate.
Carry out relevant forms of direct and indirect patient care without direct supervision.
Work as part of the interdisciplinary team to assess, evaluate and deliver care to patients..
Utilise and integrate evidence into practice.

Make sound clinical decisions based on the assessment of patients, including that of safe nurse lead discharges.

- NMC Adult registered nurse with PIN
- Competent in Medicines Management

- Evidence of Continuing Professional Development or reflective profile
Experience
Essential criteria
- Be able to show experience in delivering care to a group of patients
