Senior Children's Healthcare Support Worker

Nottingham Children's Hospital has full time and part time vacancies available for senior clinical support workers.
Working alongside registered nurses you will provide direct care to children and young people in a variety of fast paced ward areas. Posts involve working a full range of shifts covering nights and weekends without a set rota pattern.
The role of the clinical support worker is vital in supporting registered nurses to provide excellent care to children and families.

The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience of working with children, demonstrate a talent for being caring and compassionate, and have excellent communication skills. Nottingham Children's Hospital is housed within the Queens Medical Centre and has 116 inpatient beds across 8 inpatient wards covering all specialty’s.
We are proud of our investment in staff and have a well-established induction and support programme for clinical support workers with the opportunity to complete the national care certificate.
