Nottinghamshire Healthcare’s Community Health Services are currently recruiting bank workers.

This is an exciting opportunity to access shifts in general health settings throughout Notts Healthcare. You will be able to book shifts at  Lings Bar Hospital (NG2 6PR), John Eastwood Hospice (NG17 4HJ) and Bassetlaw Hospice (DN22 7XF) and may be contacted about other opportunities for registered adult nurses elsewhere in the Trust.

Candidates require recent nursing experience in general health care settings and be able to demonstrate continuous professional development. Existing experience and/or passion for working with older adults is ideal.

Main duties of the job

We are currently looking for enthusiastic, reliable and adaptable Registered Adult Nurses to join the Trust Bank providing support to wards and patients, namely at Lings Bar Hospital.  Lings Bar offer care for older adults, mainly over the age of 65, providing rehabilitation, recovery and ongoing assessment.  The role requires a clinician with specialist skills to assess patient’s needs, analyse and develop treatment plans within a multidisciplinary framework. In addition to this, there are also sometimes shifts available at our hospices in Mansfield and Bassetlaw.
