Our service portfolio includes mental health, intellectual disability and specialist mental health services, community physical health for both adults and children, prison health and our low, medium and high secure hospitals including Rampton Hospital. Our services are provided by 8,900 staff in hospitals, community settings and patients' own homes, predominately in Nottinghamshire, but services are also provided in Yorkshire, Lincolnshire and Leicestershire.
We are looking for an inspirational and dynamic individual to join our North Nottinghamshire Leadership Team as Team Leader for Urgent Care in Bassetlaw.
This role is a great opportunity to lead a varied team of healthcare professionals working in urgent response, intermediate care and medical out of hours, during a time of change, opportunity and ambition for Nottinghamshire Healthcare.
The Urgent care landscape is a fast paced, complex and dynamic space and we need a leader who can support individuals within the teams to be the best that they can be.
The mix of services in this portfolio makes this role challenging, yet also offers great opportunities, particularly in the changing health and social care landscape.

The role reports into the Head of Service for Urgent Care whose portfolio spans Mid Notts and Bassetlaw and as a locality we are led by the Lead General Manager.
As a leadership team we are driving forward a coaching based leadership style. We operate as close team who are open, honest and transparent, we learn from each other, share our own challenges and work hard to unblock issues which present a challenge for our staff.
We are looking for a team leader with demonstrable evidence of leading change and the ability to build high performing teams. It does not matter whether you are currently in a formal leadership post or looking for your first step on the leadership journey, we will support you to achieve your full potential. What does matter is that the successful candidate will be able to evidence that they can lead a team who consistently deliver high quality, compassionate care and that they do so in the right way; through support, kindness and respect.
A full UK driving licence and vehicle for business use is required for this post; however reasonable adjustments will be made for disabled individuals in line with the Equality Act 2010.
