An exciting opportunity has arisen for two Band 6 Care Co-ordinators to join the newly established Community Assessment, Stabilisation and Treatment Team (CASTT). The service is dedicated to supporting those with emotional regulation difficulties and complex needs, including trauma. The successful candidate will join a friendly and dynamic team with shared values and a passion about working with this service user group.

As a Care Co-ordinator in the team you will have a manageable caseload who require intensive support and treatment, this will be offered through individual sessions and workshops using a Structured Clinical Management approach. The team aims to empower this service user group by reducing stigma and enhancing theirs skills to manage.

You will join a team which consists of Nurses, Social Workers and a Psychological Therapist. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and who will continue to help us to develop. The Team operates Monday to Friday 09.00-17.00 with the opportunity to work flexibly depending on service need. Structured Clinical Management training will be provided with on-going training opportunities depending on your interests.
