NSCHT deliver a shared care service on Ward 4 which strives to deliver a high quality health & social care service that promotes social inclusion & independence for people with mental health and physical health problems.

Ward 4 is shared care service will is based within North Staffordshire Combined Healthcare Trust located at the Harplands Hospital, Hilton Road, Harpfields, Stoke on Trent ST4 6TH.

We have an exciting opportunity for dynamic, enthusiastic and compassionate nurses to join our team. Ward 4 will work with a very wide multi-disciplinary team and we know that brining both RMN’s & RGN’s together has been very successful in supporting patients to meet their optimum levels of physical and mental health.
