  • Commitment to Development: From Band 3 to Band 8, we offer clear career pathways, preceptorship programmes, and ongoing training to help you thrive.
  • Technology-Enabled Care: All nurses are equipped with iPads and iPhones for mobile working and use EMIS for electronic patient records.

  • Act as a role model, supporting and teaching staff and students in the community.

You’ll work collaboratively with Community Matrons, Registered Nurses, Nursing Associates, and Healthcare Assistants, visiting patients in their homes and care settings across Guildford and Waverley.

What We’re Looking For

  • A District Nursing Qualification and experience managing a team.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality, patient-focused care.
  • Ability to inspire and support colleagues and students.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (reasonable adjustments available under the Equality Act 2010).
