An exciting unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced  registered nurse or   optometrist  to provide Clinical Service management for the Ophthalmology Service across Swansea Bay Health Board.   We are looking for an  enthusiatic experienced nurse/optometrist who will lead the service  to ensure that all financial, performance and quality standards are met.  Experience in the clinical service is essential. Experience of  service improvement and mangement of change will be beneficial. 

The ophthalmology service is based in Singleton Hospital,  it has expanded with increasing extended  roles across  sites in Swansea Bay.

This is an exciting opportunity for anyone with the appropriate experience to progress into a senior clinical position.  

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
