The opportunity has arisen for appointment of a Cluster Coordinator to work within the Newcastle District Nursing service to lead a locality of GP aligned District Nursing Teams. The role of the Cluster Coordinator is to operationally manage the teams whilst also being involved in strategic project work around service improvement and development. Working as a senior nurse you should have clear leadership skills, extensive clinical skills and experience of dealing with complex situations. You should possess a District Nursing qualification and have recent experience of leading a team. You would be required to work over 7 days across sites within Newcastle and work as a member of a wider team of Cluster Coordinators with an overview of citywide working.
